Marc Hackenberg
Marc is a Brisbane-based Composer, DJ, Producer and Sound Engineer with more than 15 years experience and international exposure. His current focus is creating soundtracks for Games, Movies and Multimedia. Also know under the alias DJ MK8.
Being a percussionist by trade, and with early Trance influences, Marc has transitioned into the realms of producing simple and complex DJ Mixes, Mashes, Remixes, Reworks and Original Productions of a wide variety of genres.
The challenge of blending these genres is a big motivator for him, trying to make the improbable a reality, and realising the seemingly impossible.
Out early Nov 2022 on Sahara Recordings, comes 'Sol'. The first collaboration between Marc Hackenberg & Josh Dirschka.
