Christians are not an anomaly of redemptive history. We belong to it, to the very root. True blessedness is being counted righteous and forgiven by God. The purpose of the Scripture is one, to affirm redemption. And the faith that saves is a distinct faith, similar to father Abraham's faith but distinctly in the kerygma of the gospel.
