JOY - Jesus warns His disciples of the difficulties and persecution ahead, but He also promises a different kind of joy that surpasses any understanding of joy that we have. As the disciples request to know more, and the reality of the cross is unavoidable, Jesus' response brings the hope of salvation and a deeper sense of joy that will be available to His people through His Holy Spirit.
