The headline story, as you know, was the blocking of snapper season by a federal judge…THE DAY BEFORE THE SEASON BEGAN. Yeah, we know. Here’s the thing: it’s complicated, so the boys brought in Brett Hastings, attorney extraordinaire, to explain a bit of it in a way we can all understand.
