The authority to deal with the devil is not really with God anymore but has been given to the church when He resurrected. Nobody has more authority than you as a believer. Authority is given to all who believe in Christ Jesus. Christ came to restore back the authority man lost through Adam through His death on the cross (Col 2:14-15).

The right and the authority to halt the devil and his agents now reside with you. Not actively doing that is to frustrate grace. This teaching is a journey of re-discovering your authority in Christ.
