The University of Florida’s Department of Animal Sciences invites those interested to their 72nd Annual Florida Beef Cattle Short Course on May 10-12, 2023.

The Short Course, held in Gainesville, Florida, is considered to be one of the premier beef cattle educational events in the Southeast and Gulf Coast regions. Producers, extension specialists and agents, researchers, students, and allied industry members are welcome to attend this in-person, educational event. The program will include lectures on adding value through nutrition, management, and more.

AdvertisementThe event will be held in conjunction with the 2023 University of Florida Brahman Bull and Heifer Sale. The sale will be conducted online by Cattle in Motion. The sale will kick off on Wednesday, May 10th, and will end at 6:00 pm Friday, May 12th.
