TheNational Cattlemen’s Beef Association (NCBA) called the pilot program a critical tool, saying it marked a win for the U.S. cattle industry. The program is designed to equip producers with the market data needed to make informed business decisions and work to capture more value for producing the highest quality beef in the world.

And now, the U.S. Department of Agriculture has announced listening sessions will be held starting this month as part of its information gathering process for the cattle contracts library pilot program. Rod Bain has more details.
