In a controversial decision, U.S. District Judge Sharon Johnson Coleman ruled that the prohibition of illegal immigrants from possessing firearms within the US is a violation of the Second Amendment. She notes how it “violates the Second Amendment as applied.” However, such decision has left questions in regards to how much worse the Border Crisis will get as a result. Clearly many people aren’t happy, including those that live in a state with restrictive gun laws in play.
