Mayor LaToya Cantrell was due in court to discuss the temporary restraining order filed against Anne Breaud, who had taken pictures of the mayor from her apartment balcony. But, Breaud wants to know how Mayor Cantrell was able to obtain so much of her personal information that was use for the TRO grant request.
