19 people have been arrested and 150 charges have been laid by the police during a massive St. Patrick's Day party in Waterloo's university last week. The party, which took place on Marshall Street was attended by an estimated 1000 people according to CTV Kitchener. The criminal code offenses included assault, assault with a weapon, assaulting a peace officer, forcible entry, impaired operation, and mischief according to Waterloo Police.
