God has always had the intent of manifesting His power on behalf of His saints. Prayer is our means of communicating with the Father. It is not only our communication line with the Father, but also our means of combating the devil. Prayers are meant to be answered. God didn't tell us to pray with the intention of not answering, but we must learn how to pray in faith.
