II Corinthians 7:6-7 What have you been / are you being equipped for? God wants us to help others. Kid Note: God helps us through Jesus’ example & Bible’s instruction   Reliance and return to God 8 9 Trust in God   Focus on the Gospel everyday – Keep relying on God – return to God – Kid Note: When things are hard we can turn to God – He wants us to! Rabbit Trail 2 = Catastrophic Christianity – only turn to God in a catastrophe – then when things are better turn away from God. Rev 3:15-16 Glory given to God 11 How can you thank God in the middle of suffering?  Kid Note: God deserves thanksgiving even when things don’t go the way you want.
