It’s a fact that most, if not all, of us will at some time find the act of praying such a hard thing to do, without being distracted by intrusive thoughts or other interruptions. However, Jesus gives us clear instructions as to how we should pray in both Matthew and Luke, in order that we can more effectively converse with our Heavenly Father.
