Buffalo Firefighters responded on 12/25/22 at 0302 Hrs for a report of a structure fire on Waver;y St.

Engine 21 went on location reporting fire in an outside wall #2 side. Ladder 6 reported fire on the 1st floor extending up the exterior wall. Rescue 1 reported fire in the floor between the 1st & 2nd floor. B-56 reported fire running the wall channels with extension to the 2nd floor and attic.

The fire was placed under control in 57 minutes.
