DJ Andre Frazier was one of the DJ's at Buffalo's legendary Continental during the early years of the club. As DJ from 85-87, he helped introduce and propel music forward on the second floor. It was dark, and dark, and dark, and the sound system rocked! This series is a recreation of some of the music you'd hear when DJ Andre was manning the booth. After leaving the Continental, he went on to help open Buffalo’s most forward-thinking clubs such as The JAM Club, The ICON, The Adventure Club, RAGE, 3rd Room, Crash Club, ATOMIC, various underground raves under the name DJ Megadose. He also was the man behind the music of the “Live to Air” broadcasts for FM101 The Planet hosted at Jim Kelly’s “Network" packing crowds of thousands into the downtown nightclub every Thursday night.
