Friends:  More than a few years ago now, Radio Action was a part of RADIO MAX in Anshan, China, bringing the greatest music of all time to an appreciative English Language Radio Audience.  CNCE, FM 99.9 was on the air for a number of years, keeping the city rocking and rolling with great music and lots of fun.
