This week Lou talk's about Sir John Glubb's, "Fate of Empires" essay, the rise and fall of empires, and penis's.  Sir Glubb was a British General that served in World War 1, he probably had a hog,  at took notice of 7 common traits all fallen empires have in common.  Is the USA and empire?  In a word; yes.  What stage is the United States empire in, and how does it to compare to Rome at her height and fall?  Also, did you know that heartbreak can make your penis bigger, it's true!  Lou said, that or it was gravity.
