Working from home has a number of benefits. It saves us time commuting to and from work; we have fewer distractions; and we often feel more comfortable at home. That said, it can also mean that it gets difficult to manage our boundaries as home and work life become housed under the same roof. In this episode, Dr. Eugene Tee speaks to Yap Wai Meng, a management psychologist and lecturer at HELP University. Wai Meng shares his thoughts and practical tips to help us stay productive at home while we work, and maintain boundaries that allow us to switch off when our work day is done.
