Hello and welcome to this Christ the King Sunday here at St. John's Lutheran Church here in Dola, Ohio. We begin this Sunday recording with our prayer of the day. Following our prayer, we begin with our first reading from Jeremiah 23:1-6. We then read Psalm 46 responsively. Our second reading comes from Colossians 1:11-20. Our Gospel reading is then read by Pastor Steve Ramsey from Luke 23:33-43 with Jesus nailed to the Cross with the one unrepentant criminal to his left and the repentant criminal his right. Pastor Ramsey begins his sermon "Selective memory" based on this Gospel reading.
