In this episode we talk with our guest, and friend, Maranatha Weeks--a nurse, mother, and author of On the Plains of Nineveh, a book about her experiences as a nurse in war-torn areas. We share about how she got started as a nurse, her journey to work abroad, and finally, the transition from working abroad to her new roles as a wife and mother. She shares about how one can broaden their perspectives on the global medical spectrum as she shares about her experiences in participating with organizations that aid marginalized communities both here and abroad.
