A tough conversation, one that many aren't willing or comfortable enough to talk about. But sexism NEEDS to be talked about.  Discrimination based on gender is a very real thing, which is why to change things up, I've invited one of my close friends Jonathan to shed a little light on the subject and provide a different point of view.
