• Through preparation and learning for today's vibe, I ran into Steven Furtick & T.D. Jakes talk on the topic of building Vision from the ground up.
• When I was preparing for this talk I kept feeling it necessary to speak to you about making sure your vision is Competitive, create a vision as if you were not afraid or have fear of anything.
• Visioning  starts with a thought - think big
• Imagine what your vision can become - this starts with your mindset
• Create a mindset that won’t allow you to adjust your vision to your current reality(we talk about not having enough, time, support, education, experience- really enough belief) - visioning is meant to be on a level you have to get to so you can't already be there
• Ensure your vision is large enough to remove you from your comfort zone, working on your vision is going to be challenging, hard work and consistency. You can't be in your comfort zone and make plays successfully.
