Welcome back! To another brand new episode which focuses on health and what fitness/working out has taught me over the months!

  1. Since starting to seriously take over my fitness back in February, how and why I got started at a gym

Always strive for a better you!

FULL BODY WORKOUT (10 reps, sets 3) (weights/lbs. is what you can do)

  • (Upper Body) Standing Military press/Shoulder Press (35lbs), Jackhammer curls (35lbs) dumbbells shrugs (35lbs) triceps extensions/bicep curls (35lbs) dumbbell bench press (30lbs-35lbs /80lbs-100lbs on machine) Lat's pull-down (95lbs-100lbs)
  • (LEGS) Linear leg press (180lbs) SQUATS (30lbs or 100lbs) on machine) Romanian deadlifts (30lbs or 85-95lbs on machine ) -takes about an 1 hour to do all of this- And 20 mins of any form of cardio at the end of workout.
