I'm faced with a bigass dilemma now: how big of a sacrifice should I make (my health, aspects of my life) to save another person's life? Mine hasn't started, I've barely begun - I keep going back to square one. But I do have the rest of my life ahead of me, and they may not have much time. I've got years, options.
