Stories from My Last Lifetime: From Awakening to Mastery

Jean Tinder shares a second story from her book, My Last Lifetime, where taking slow breaths helped her resolve a tricky situation. Breathing, as simple as it sounds, can shift a situation.

Jean is a channeler, writer and presenter whose passions include embodied enlightenment and conscious creation. She has shared thousands of private channeling sessions with clients all over the world, and inspired awakened humans through her work for the Crimson Circle.

"Should We Jam?" is a podcast where not-neccesarily-famous-people perform an autobiographical story of transformation. Each story is accompanied by live music. "Should We Jam?" is part of a project called "Should We Talk?" -- a website on communication and self-awareness by Florencia Durón. Florencia is a musician, communication researcher and storyteller. She writes everything related to communication on her website.
