This podcast is a 'how not to date,' a self-love story and more importantly a survival guide for avoiding fuckboys. This episode introduces what a fuckboy is and includes a fuckboy type of the week. The episode goes on to explain why modern dating is so confusing and is mainly due to the 'dating buffet.' As we are all greedy like on a food buffet and every dish (person) is on offer because of dating apps and social media. We can’t seem to settle on one dish (person) incase something new and better comes along on the apps. For instance you start tucking into pancakes (a new guy) but hash browns (a fitter guy on Hinge) have just been brought out so your attention wanders and you dump the pancakes.  Dating has become competitive and choice limits commitment and fuels competition.
