'Downward Spiral'' is the fourth episode from the book titled ‘Frankie and the F*ckboy.’ Frankie thought she had met her Prince Charming at love at first sight; well love at first Instagram like, but he turned out to be a dreaded fuckboy. In her quest to make him fall in love with her, she fell out of love with herself. She learnt that the greatest love story is the one with yourself. Frankie wants everyone to know their worth and to never be tricked by a fuckboy like she was. This podcast is a 'how not to date,' a self-love story and more importantly a survival guide for avoiding fuckboys.
