Halifax-based Side Door, the four-year-old platform for hosting house concerts across North America, is re-entering the world of live performances as the COVID-19 pandemic subsides.

As grassroots touring ramps back up, Side Door has the added benefit of $3 million U.S. in Seed investment as the company co-founded by Laura Simpson and Vancouver-based musician Dan Mangan expands its model for matching musicians, show hosts and audiences.
