A Grand Jury hinted at it. Many experts speculated on it. What was the cause or contributing factors that caused the Surfside Condo to collapse killing 98 people inside a year ago on  the 21st of June at 1:22 in the morning?

The Speculation prompted  Dr. Randall Parkinson, a noted geologist to do research that shows climate change may have played a role.

Dr. Parkinson agreed to a special interview with the Great American Senior Show to not only reveal his research but to add additional speculation on how future building inspections may occur and how expensive the cost of making sure additional condos don't collapse could be to condo owners and residents alike.

Dr.  Parkinson says his findings could lead to major changes in the how Coastal Building Zones are viewed and reviewed with an emphasis on not only what is going on above ground levels but what secrets are hidden beneath the surface of the homes of some 2 million coastal residents in Florida.
