Sh'Nea Griggs a KIPP San Francisco Bay Academy alumn, and our colleague, KIPP Through College Persistence Advisor, Kailee Glover. Stephanie and Denise discuss the challenges faced by black, indigenous, and people of color (BIPOC) in the mental health sector. Sh'Nea and Kailee share their stories in regards to what challenges they have faced when working on their mental health and what advice they have for students who may be struggling to ask for help.
