Today is a reminder that you’re not in this journey through life alone.

Sometimes you may feel as if you are, but it’s a shared journey that we take.

On the outside your experiences may look very different from another’s, but the underlying patterns are always the same.

I call this the SHEro’s Journey.

Every time you make a decision or experience change in your life, you will go on this tried and tested path.

Knowing that others have shared experiences can be comforting.

Knowing there is a map to guide and support you is reassuring.

But how easy is it for you to receive and allow yourself to be supported?

Do you resist asking for help, or think you have to do it alone?
