This week I flip the show on its head and feature the UFC first and the retro rewind is all about Ultimate Fighter 1 (2005).

Ultimate Fighter is a reality show very much Big Brother in keeping but with trained fighters. It defined an era and elevated the UFC to

mainstream TV in the US. This show helped the US dominate boxing on TV for years.

Boxing I talk Mickey Garcia and WWE news is quite sparse so I try my best.
