A friend who helps with hospice says everyone talks about family, where they went and the regrets they had. Let's learn how to get help or support when we need to learn how to deal with challenges that will definitely come. Life has challenges, but we need uplifting at times and we need to lift others up also.  Let's talk about some of the ways to deal with life.
