Salt Lake County prosecutors have filed formal charges against Keria Jessica Hartley-Johnson, the aunt of Riverton shooting suspect Justin Llewelyn. They accuse her of helping hide Llewelyn from officers during a manhunt and of threatening to retaliate against a witness.
