The EFL Trust is the charity of the EFL (English Football League) that uses the power of sport to improve people’s lives. The Trust advise, support and help to resource the inspirational work across England and Wales delivered by an unrivalled national network of 72 EFL Club community organisations (CCOs) based in the heart of their communities. Together we use the magnetism of football to improve health, inspire education and strengthen community cohesion. This session explores some of the public health challenges facing the UK and how the EFL Trust and its network are innovating to improve the health of its communities.
