For the many young men and women looking to move into football coaching, the pathways and opportunities available are can be very different and often there are many hurdles to overcome. What needs to be done at a regional, club and national level to ensure that the best coaching talent gets identified and receives the support and opportunities they needs to progress? Here we gather a mix of football coaches to talk about their experiences at grassroots and elite level and where they feel coach education and development can be improved.
