Media loves to race bait and is a prime example in this article Subway Rider Who Killed Jordan Neely Not Arrested by NYPD (theintercept.com)I do not agree that Neely should have been strangled to death. I do believe that if he was attempting to harm Subway riders he should have been restrained. We don't live in a perfect world.
