Our guest, Bonnie Barron, was a former principal at a school site which had the opportunity to work with Epoch Education. Through her openness and willingness to lean in to the process of building equity, she was able change the culture of her school into an all inclusive and engaging atmosphere. We hope her story inspires other educators who find the need to be more inclusive but may be intimidated or overwhelmed by the process.
