DAV began as a one-woman company in the heart of downtown Johannesburg. Even then, despite humble beginnings, the vision, determination and heart that sit at the core of our culture today, were strong and evident. We owe much to the values that originated in 1975. Over the years we expanded our values to incorporate changing times and our growth, but their influence is still pivotal and strong today.
