By darkness I just mean, you know, those horrible times in business where you like, where am I going? What am I doing? Is this good? Do I want to be doing this? Does this suck?   • The message here, maybe the message here is to give up and you know, just go work in a supermarket and that’ll be fine too. Whatever,Right? But I knew in my gut that that wasn’t what was going on. I knew that if I did that, if I gave up what I knew to be true there was going to regret it. (03:09)
  • We asked the hard questions of ourselves and each other about ourselves and about our business. Was our business what we wanted? Was our lifestyle, what we wanted? If we continue down this pathway, was it going to be the type of existence that we would be happy with if we were on our death bed? Yes or no? (05:38)
