Everyone—or almost everyone—goes to school. Are they wasting their time?

It’s a provocative question, but in this edition of The Argument I suggest that school is not only wasting children’s time, but it’s also wasting the enormous potential they have to make their lives happier and the world a better place.

The purpose of The Argument is to make you think, and whether or not what I say convinces you or not, to give you the opportunity to practise your English as well as, perhaps, seeing your life in a different way.
