DevMumbles has been live for 3 months now and we can’t believe how far we’ve come, what we’ve learned and how good it is to engage with our audience.
So we took the time to reflect on and plan the future of the podcast! Today, in a short episode, we lay it out to you.

This week’s episode is a topic that gets people talking and doing: Hackathons! In different forms, shapes and tastes, Hackathons contribute to the personal and the professional development of those who participate.
This week we discuss not only among the three of us, but we go one step further and we hear from people in the frontline: Valentina Versari (@valeversa) is a self-taught Front End developer who decides to not only participate in events but now she organizes them. Val shared with us her experience organizing NASA’s Space App Challenge in Berlin. An event where all over the word 270.000 people got together in 205 different locations to code and solve real world problems; Dylan Maryk (@DylanMaryk) is an experienced iOS Developer who has been going to Hackathons in different locations for almost 10 years now. He joins us to share what makes him a returning participant and how doing so made him a better professional.
