BLM is now more popular than pretty much every other political force. They always have the high ground, as you can't say anything to them without being considered racist. You can't lay low without being considered racist. The Supremes decree on Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, with scathing dissents by Alito and Kavannagh. I offer my dissent on how if Jim Crow was unconstitutional, so is Title VII. It is a mirror image. With the same government gun pointing right at you, the private citizen.

I could be wrong, but as polls tilt towards the incoherent Biden, it is more likely that people are lying to the pollsters. The Supremes are going to issue decrees from their mountaintop soon, and one of the biggest cases, which should be 9-0 for the President is DACA. It probably won't be.
Get rid of the laws, not all of them, just most of them. Oh, and the new nation of Chaz. Secession was considered an option by most of the founders, contrary to what most would have you believe. I suspect that time is coming when we will see it.

White House facing protesters, the Treasury Department defaced. Riots in Houston and Atlanta. Many other places. Also, the choice of a VP is critical. Probably the worst mistake Lincoln made was to choose Andrew Johnson as his VP in 1864. Johnson, a southern sympathizer, fought the reconstruction of the south, and neglected to protect the rights of freed slaves. Theodore Roosevelt was selected as McKinley's VP in 1900, and became President when McKinley was assassinated. This was a huge course change in the political direction of the country. If the titans of today, Alphabet, Facebook, etc. were to try to affect the election, they can. Democracy is majority rule. Have we reached the point where the mob as seen in Minneapolis represents the majority? Or is there still a silent majority that sits while police murder and cities burn? The cops that witnessed the murder of Floyd, a black man in Minneapolis, should be charged as accessories to murder, as they did nothing to stop the murder from happening. Surprised at my point of view? You shouldn't be. He was in the MPD's custody. This two different sets of laws does favors to no one when applied as privilege. Of course that matters across the board. Justice is blind, and the judge wasn't going to look at the 27 color glossy, oh wait, wrong direction. As government cannot protect you in real time (Castle Rock v. Gonzales 2005), it is better to have them simply protecting rights. Justice Warren wrote in Edwards v. California (1969) that Americans have a fundamental right to travel, so yes, interstate travel is protected, contrary to the opinions of naysayers during this recent pandemic. Governments have no authority to shut down anything, except through canceling licenses, which is a whole other issue. Well, except church meetings. In the infamous Reynolds v. United States (1879), the court ruled that while the First Amendment protects your beliefs, it does not protect you from acting on them. More than likely you haven't even heard of the case, unless you are a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. Maybe not even then.
