When Apostle Paul and other passengers in a ship faced a life-threatening storm on a voyage, he had a calm reassurance that no one would die.

(Act 27:22-23 KJV)  And now I exhort you to be of good cheer: for there shall be no loss of any man's life among you, but of the ship. For there stood by me this night the angel of God, whose I am, and whom I serve,

When you understand the terms of God's covenant, you will not be afraid of sickness or death because God already took care of both on your behalf.
