On today’s episode I speak to Cherry Fowler, a mother, wife, and Aerial Art and Trapeze teacher. Cherry is passionate about fitness and shares how as I mother, a woman and a wife it is important to look and feel good. Cherry is 43 years old and is in the best shape of her life. During this episode she speaks about the importance of prioritizing you and making time for what is important.
After giving birth her body began to change as she put on extra weight. Cherry was not happy and her confidence began to decline. This led her to start running as a way to keep off the weight.
She recalls how people in her hometown would look at her strangely when they saw her running, since running as an exercise was not common. When I asked her why she selected running as the exercise of choice all those years ago, she answer “running easy is to do, you do not need any equipment”.
Years later, at the age of 40 Cherry decided to switch up her training routine, committing to a program that has seen her be in the best shape of her life.
During our discussion, Cherry reveals the principles that helped her get into the best shape of her life and maintain it. She also tells why it is important for her as a mother in her 40s to be comfortable and confident in her skin.
Stay tuned; this is an episode not to be missed.
