1. Intention-why do you want to heal?
2. Intentionally pursue your healing-Be intentional about where you are. Seek out the help
3. Include the Lord in the process-There is no transformation outside of Jesus. Give all of yourself to him.
4. Have the right community around you
5. Do the mental work-Start seeing yourself different. Encourage yourself.
