The End SARS protest in Nigeria was a movement that affected so many people both home and abroad. It was so sad to see people die and no one has given us an explanation as to why it happened like that in the first place. I got the opportunity to have a conversation with a citizen who didn’t only go out to protest, but was able to find a way to support the cause. Paul Ameh who is a dear friend of mine shared a lot with us .The conversation went deeper when he explained how he came out very prepared but turned out that his mental health would be affected by it all. So join me as we find out how he takes care of his mental health despite the trauma.
