Sports journalist Adam Thomas is joined by Irish boxer Paddy Barnes this week.

Barnes had an illustrious amateur career, where he represented Ireland at three different Olympics, winning two bronze medals, as well as representing Northern Ireland at two Commonwealth Games, winning golds at both. He turned professional in 2016 and in the podcast we talk through his journey in the sport so far.
