In 1993, a serial arsonist was on the loose around the Seattle, Washington area, and the residents wanted the arsonist caught. Another local resident who wanted them caught was George Keller. What George didn't know was once the sketch of the alleged arsonist was shown to the public, he would recognize him, and it would break his heart....
