NASCA has launched a new video podcast sharing deep dives into a state perspective on a Top Ten Priority for State Chief Administrators. This series of conversations with CAOs will highlight the processes and strategies being implemented to address some of the most pressing issues in state government operations.
In this episode of our Top Ten Series, NASCA TV host Ace Callwood sits down with Misty Ann Giles, Director of the Montana Department of Administration, to discuss Budget Reductions and Cost Efficiencies. Listen in as they discuss Montana’s strategy to scale back programs and how efforts to investigate enterprise-wide efficiencies has contributed to their success in helping to save taxpayer dollars.
